Session is
The film will be followed by a break for refreshments,
after which we will briefly discuss the main points and answer any questions you may have. You will be
given a handout summarizing the main themes of the film
and detailing some very powerful practices you can do daily to change
your internal energy state and consciously create a better
'reality' for yourself, practices which we will also explain
during the session.
